GSB, established in 2011, is approved by Government of Madhya Pradesh and has all its courses affiliated with the Devi Ahilya Vishwa Vidhyalaya (DAVV), Indore which is a NAAC A+ University.
GSB is a dynamic & vibrant institution renowned for being an “IVY LEAGUE” institution of Central India, due to its excellent infrastructure and atmosphere. The ‘Positive Learning Environment’ of the college has been built up over a number of years by painstaking hard work and dedication of the Faculty. We believe in imparting a 360 Degree education to our students, since we believe that it not only the Intelligent Quotient (IQ), but a combination of IQ, Emotional Quotient (EQ), Social Quotient (SQ) and Adversity Quotient (AQ) which makes a complete personality. Our success has been achieved by a long-term focus and commitment. GSB is a strong force to reckon within the highly competitive world of quality professional education. It is the choice of intelligent and global-thinking students. We are clearly poised to be the leader amongst the top Science & Management Institutes of the country through our innovative ideas, cutting edge research & academic excellence.
We, at GSB, teach traditional and professional courses, as also the more unusual & distinctive ones. We also ensure that a number of combined options like B.Com (Honours) and B.Com (Computer Applications) are available to our Commerce students. Similarly, varied specialisation in Finance, Marketing and Human Resource Development are available to our BBA students as well.
In order to make our graduates and post-graduates ready to enter the job market, or to compete successfully while applying to the top management colleges in the country and abroad, we conduct “Education Plus Specialisation Programmes” for our students. In this we impart education in ‘Future Ready’ subjects pertaining to Personality Development, Leadership Development, Finance (Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets, Commodities, Forex etc), Marketing (Retail, Digital, Niche, Luxury, Drip etc), Human Resource Management (Virtual HRM, E-HRM etc) and High Tech (Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Augmented/Virtual Reality etc) to our students. Special focus is being given on developing the full potential of our students by conducting custom designed classes on Leadership Development, Personality Development and Strategic Studies.
We take great care to ensure that the students are well groomed & our personal tutors, course advisors & friendly teachers give them a unique chance not just to enhance technological & scientific skills, but motivate them to dream on a wider horizon in all aspects of life.

MESSAGE FROM THE DIRECTOR
I am delighted and extremely proud to serve as the Director of the Graduate School of Business after spending 36 glorious years of my life with the INDIAN ARMY. The Graduate School of Business is one of Indore’s great institutions of higher learning, and is undoubtedly, an institute with an unparalleled pedigree. To be entrusted with the directorship of this college is a great honour for me.
GSB is dedicated to educating ‘tomorrow’s leaders’ in Management, Commerce, and Computers fields, using the foundations of discipline-based rigor and analysis. This is a college with excellent and well-planned infrastructure, pedigreed and dedicated faculty, and great administration. Our learned faculty are excellent teachers, inspiring our students in our classrooms to develop a 360 Degree capability in their outlook towards life, in order to make them capable of handling any challenge in future. Our mission is to create knowledge with enduring impact, and to influence and educate future leaders of our nation.
I passionately believe in the power of education. I feel that the students of GSB should become part of a collaborative community that is both challenging and supportive. The goal of our educational programs is not just to give students tools, but also to be truly transformative in changing the way they think about problem solving. Our vibrant & flexible curriculum allows them to follow their interests and aspirations along with their course requirements. We aim to be nimble and adaptable to the changing world. We aspire to see the expertise of our students in analysis and decision-making to make an impact in the real world and we prepare our students for the same.
GSB views research and intellectual debate as the backbone of everything it does. We firmly believe that rigorous research and analysis are the foundation of good business practice and policy, and hence should serve as the basis for an effective academic curriculum.
In the present fast changing world, we can no longer afford to consider any academic course on its own. To be successful in this world a multidisciplinary approach is required from the students. Our aim in the college is to provide the students’ knowledge in multifarious fields of Personality Development, Leadership, Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, and Strategic Studies, in aspects which are not part of the laid down course curriculum. We must think of Commerce and Management in combination with Computer Science, and explore putting these together in innovative ways.
I am very excited for the opportunity to work with the outstanding faculty, staff, students, and alumni of the GSB toward achieving greater heights in future.
